TRUX v7.19 Product Release Spotlight

TRUX Waste Industry Business Solutions announces our latest release of the TRUX 7 Product Suite. This release is a major update to Haul IT, Weigh IT, Maintain IT and RouteAssist. This release focuses on usability improvements, production data extraction and integrated pricing models and business and operational processes. Create a geo-mapped area to define pricing defaults for customers within a zone. Multiple Parent/Child zone map capability. Automate the site pricing defaults when a new site created by the Online Customer Portal. Defaults for Online Site Web Portal for Zone Pricing capability integrated with TRUX mapping and Price Classes. Requires: TRUX v7.19 or later, Google Maps

Customer Web Portal Online Ordering

A major update to the capability of our Customer Portal. Customers can order and request new services in v7.19. New Customers without an Account setup in TRUX Haul IT can order and prepay for a service without any interaction with your staff. Existing customers can request work to be done on existing services.

Behind the scenes TRUX can check container availability to ensure containers are available for the selected date.

Automating the Processes

  • Create a site and service for the customer
  • Zone pricing to apply the appropriate pricing default, surcharges and taxes based on location

  • Container actions manage the availability of bins on any day so a customer won't request a bin for a date that there is no availability.

 

DVIR - Driver Vehicle Inspection Report

Tablet Interface - used in conjunction with RouteAssist offering Standard and Quick input options.

TRUX DVIR provides a fully Configurable Inspection Groups and Items for full jurisdictional compliance. Pre and Post Inspection list supported. Provides Downtime Tracking for DVIR Inspection and reporting.

Weigh IT Ticket Transfer Process

Stability and Reliability improvements in the Weigh IT Ticket Transfer process. TRUX continues to support Flat File transfers but we continue to improve reliability of the Ticket Transferring using Web Services.

 

Weigh IT Camera Integration with Scale Ticket creation.

Associate real time photographs with a Weigh IT ticket. Include as attachments for notifications.
